Cotswold Water Park Hire Ltd. Booking Policy
Online Bookings require FULL payment to confirm the booking.
Cotswold Water Park Hire Ltd. reserve the right to cancel any booking at anytime for safety concerns
These concerns may include but are not limited to:
Lightning, Poor water quality, Intoxication of clients due to alcohol or substance abuse.
In these situations Cotswold Water Park Hire Ltd will endeavour to find a solution or re-schedule the activity to a later date.
If you, the client, wish to cancel the activity you will waive 50% of the payment made at the time of booking.
A 50% refund will be made, provided notice is given outside two weeks (14 days) of the activity date.
If notice is given within one week (7 days) of the activity date you will waive all payment made to Cotswold Water Park Hire Ltd.
In all cases Cotswold Water Park Hire Ltd will endeavour to re-schedule the activity to a mutually beneficial date first.
Cotswold Water Park Hire Ltd WILL NOT cancel an activity due to the weather where the weather is not of a life threatening nature.
Air temperature/water temperature is deemed a non-safety issue as you, the client, are responsible for monitoring your own well being.
All staff are First Aid Trained and, if, they should feel your health is becoming at risk they may suspend your access to the activity.
