Why on earth would anyone look at a paddle board and think "that looks like the perfect spot for yoga"? Well, because it is the biggest challenge, huge silliness and ridiculous fun.
This is our fifth year of running SUP Yoga in partnership with Kathy Marston Yoga, another local paddle head and highly experienced Yoga Instructor.
