SUP Yoga
Whether you're looking for a playful challenge or a chance to fully switch off, SUP Yoga offers a refreshing way to move, breathe, and reconnect - all while floating on the water.
These sessions are all about exploration over perfection. Expect a mix of gentle stretches, flowing movement, and moments that test your balance (and probably your ability to stay dry)... We’ll move through a creative sequence before winding down into a peaceful floating Savasana.
No two sessions feel quite the same! Sometimes calm and grounding, sometimes wobbly and full of laughter - but always supportive, relaxed, and welcoming.
Whether you're completely new or more experienced in yoga or paddleboarding, you’ll be guided every step of the way. As a qualified paddleboard coach and yoga teacher, I’ll make sure you feel safe, confident, and free to enjoy the experience.
Come for something a little different - and leave with a new sense of balance (and probably a splash or two), letting the water bring a whole new perspective to your practice.
