When you arrive, check in at the desk marked with big blue signs, we have hooks to leave behind car keys whilst on the water. Once you have checked in our staff will fit you with a buoyancy aid, talk you through the basics of the activity you have chosen and help to launch you. We'll also give you a wave to come in after an hour.

 

At busy times we operate a wave system, launching all the bookings at the booked slot and bringing everyone in at the same time, to make sure you don't miss out on your time on the water it's important to arrive in time for your slot.

Our aim is to give you the flexibility to enjoy the experience as you want to while ensuring the highest standard of safety. Buoyancy aids must be worn by all of our hire customers.
